Training, support and a great team behind you.

Once you have applied for a role, we will help assess your suitability for our care roles and answer any questions you may have. You must provide suitable identifiable and checkable references.

We are legally required to make an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check on all staff joining Woodhall Care Services.

All new employees will attend induction training before they start working independently with service users, which includes time being trained by a senior care worker on site.

 

You will have the full support, ongoing support and supervision of our experienced team throughout your employment.
