You'll be responsible for:
Providing personalised care to our service users, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Assisting with daily living, such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management.
Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families, fostering trust and a positive care experience.
Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the care team and healthcare professionals.

Requirements for the Role
To excel as a Carer at Woodhall Care Services, you should possess:
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is beneficial, but not compulsory.
Compassion, empathy, and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our service users.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to adapt to the unique needs and preferences of each person you support.
Basic knowledge of care industry best practices and regulations will be beneficial but not mandatory.
