Requirements for the Role
To excel as a Care Coordinator at Woodhall Care Services, you should possess:
Proven work experience in a similar role is beneficial, but not mandatory.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team with others.
Good judgment, especially in fast-changing situations.
