Current Vacancies

We interview prospective employees to assess their suitability for care support roles, and they must provide suitable identification and checkable references.

We are legally required to make an enhanced Disclosure & Barring System (DBS) check on all staff joining Woodhall Care Services. All new employees will attend induction training before they start working independently with service users, which includes time being trained by a senior care worker on site. It is our policy to continually train and supervise all employees during their employment. For most employees, we can be flexible about the number of weekly hours worked so that staff can work as little or as much as suits them (depending on availability of hours).

If you would like to join us as a care worker, you can apply online or download an application pack.
